Returns /Exchanges

The helogoal Guarantee is our promise that you can shop with absolute confidence. We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return any product – unless otherwise noted or specified – within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges.

Product Condition – Products that are damaged, worn, used, or have been modified in any way are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please test all products in a clean, dry environment.
Please call (720) 788-7813 to receive instructions on returns including a RMA.

 

Return / Exchange Process:

  1.   Box the product securely inside its original packaging*.
    2.   Be sure to include any accessories that came with the product.
    3.   Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and RMA number.
    4.   Remove or black out any existing labels or barcodes on the box that you’re returning.
    5.   Print and attach new shipping labels onto the box.
    6.   Write the RMA# visibly on the outside of every package near the shipping label.
    7.   Ship package via UPS or US Mail (insured), unless otherwise instructed.
    8.   Once helogoal receives, inspects, and verifies product(s), a Customer Support representative will contact you with additional refund / replacement details.*If you no longer have original packaging for goals and large equipment returns / exchanges, please call Customer Support before shipping.Note: Return / exchange process may take 2-3 weeks in some cases. We recommend insuring your package, as we cannot refund an item we don’t receive. Returned items must be identical to the brand, specifications and condition of original purchase. Exchanges may incur shipping charges. Replacement items will be sent to the original “ship to” address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, as long as the item is still in stock. If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping.

 

Back-Orders

If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be back-ordered. Your complete order, which may comprise of both back-ordered and in-stock items, will be shipped as soon as the back-ordered items become available.

If you would like to have the in-stock items from your order shipped immediately and before the back-ordered items become available, you may choose to do so, which may result in separate additional shipping costs.

Note: You may cancel back order items at any time.
